Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong passion for geriatric advocacy and senior care excellence.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources and educate sources on facility services.
• Educate referral sources on admissions process and facility offerings.
• Manage and coordinate the process of admitting new residents in a compliant manner.
