Tech Sales Jobs is seeking a Director of Sales in Anderson, Indiana, to lead the community's sales efforts. This on-site role focuses on driving census growth and developing strong referral networks within the senior living market.

The candidate will manage the annual sales plan, oversee tours and inquiries, and ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-up with residents, families, and referral sources. Strong relationship selling and closing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior living or health care sales preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and education preferred.
• Background in sales or leasing in health care or senior living helpful.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales standards.
• Lead face-to-face sales activities including tours.
• Respond to inquiries via telephone, email, online, and in person.
• Maintain the community database with inquiries and referrals.
• Develop and manage the annual sales and marketing plan.
• Track move-ins/move-outs and referral activity; follow up accordingly.
• Coordinate move-in paperwork and ensure compliance with policies.
• Provide reports to regional management and attend sales training events.
