American Senior Communities is seeking a Director of Sales Training to lead the development and execution of innovative sales training programs across the organization. The role will strengthen the skills, effectiveness, and performance of Marketing, Business Development and Sales teams across all service lines.

The Director will design and implement comprehensive onboarding and ongoing professional development programs to ensure staff have the knowledge and resources to build relationships,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare related field preferred.
• Must be able to travel between communities.
• Minimum of one year of long-term care or assisted living experience sales, marketing and/or training.
