Senergy Petroleum is seeking a Director of Sales Support to lead Customer Service, Inside Sales, Contracts, Lubricant Technical Engineering, and Business Development Specialists. Qualifications

Minimum 7–10 years in sales support, customer service leadership, or related roles.
Experience leading multiple teams and driving revenue growth.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Legal.

Responsibilities

Lead and align internal support functions to drive customer satisfaction and profitable growth.
Develop and execute a sales support strategy to improve responsiveness and efficiency.
Oversee contracts, pricing, and customer communications with cross-functional teams.
Coach and coachable leadership for Inside Sales, Contracts, and Technical Engineering.
Ensure consistent processes, standards, and performance metrics across teams.
