We are seeking an exceptional Sales Director to transform our sales approach. This hands-on leadership role involves reinventing sales strategies from the ground up.

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Remote (Work from anywhere)

Ideal Candidate: Has led high-performing sales teams at top-tier remote talent platforms or outstaffing companies, with experience scaling a global sales engine in a distributed environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Redesign and own the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals
  • Build and implement a scalable, data-driven sales process for global outreach
  • Create dashboards and KPIs to guide decision-making
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align goals
