A leading provider of parking management solutions specializing in smart parking systems and vehicle access control—is looking for a Digital Sales Director to spearhead their North American growth strategy.

Their innovative platform enables drivers to find and reserve parking in advance, dramatically reducing congestion, wait times, and overall frustration. Now they need a seasoned sales leader to help take their digital offerings to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and Close: Drive new digital sales across parking, commercial real estate, and mobility sectors. You’ll own the hunt—from prospecting to closing.
  • Lead Digital Adoption: Collaborate with regional teams to convert existing accounts to digital platforms and accelerate eCommerce adoption.
  • Strengthen Key Relationships: Cultivate long-term partnerships with enterprise clients, REITs, developers, and property owners.
  • Be a Sales Force Multiplier: Coach and mentor team members, instilling a high-performance sales culture grounded in accountability and results.
  • Own the Pipeline: Leverage Salesforce (or similar CRM) to manage pipelines, forecast revenue, and report on key KPIs.
  • Strategic Vision: Build and execute a digital sales strategy aligned with company goals and customer needs.
  • Market Intel: Stay on top of competitive trends and emerging technologies to keep your approach one step ahead.
  • Work Cross-Functionally: Align with marketing, product, and tech teams to create a seamless, value-driven customer journey.
  • Report to the Top: Present regular performance updates to executive leadership.
  • Budget Management: Oversee digital sales budget with an emphasis on ROI and scalable growth.

What Makes You a Strong Fit:

  • 3+ years in digital sales, ideally in parking, mobility, proptech, or commercial real estate
  • Track record of building pipelines, reducing sales cycles, and exceeding targets
  • Fluent in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
