The Goal

Purelight Power is seeking a Director of Sales to lead our Residential Roofing Division - a seasoned professional with a strong background in management, recruiting, and training. This is a high-impact leadership role, ideal for someone ready to take the lead in launching and scaling our roofing division across the Pacific Northwest- primarily Oregon and Washington. The right candidate will be tasked with building and leading a team of 20 - 30 sales reps by August, and will work closely with and

report directly to the founder and owner of the company.

We are looking specifically for an individual who: Recognized, Established Leader in Roofing Sales Consistently Exceeds Sales Targets Track Record of Closing High-Value Roofing Contracts Demonstrated Success in Residential & Commercial (optional) Roofing Sales High Conversion Rates Strong emotional IQ

Compensation: Base salary of $80,000 and w/ bonuses, a realistic OTE of $200,000+ (1099 NSE)
