Director of Sales - Property Management Software - Startup

Introducing Rezedent, the simplest Property Management Platform for small to mid-size Property Managers, Independent Landlords, and Renters that can be free to use. The platform facilitates a full feature set of property management tools, including communication between management and tenants, and a social component for tenants to connect within their rental communities. Among all the Property Management features, Maintenance, it also includes a secure free online payments portal accepting electronic checks or credit cards, with email and mobile payment options, favored by Millennials.

The Director of Sales (RezX) position involves evangelizing, promoting, and signing up small to mid-size property managers, independent landlords, and renters for Rezedent.com’s online tool suite.

Responsibilities include:

1. Farm and hunt new business development of small, mid-size, and independent landlords.
2. Demo the tool to prospects.
3. Sign up Property Managers (PM).
4. Assist PMs to add properties and ensure they are activated.
5. Have PMs complete Legal Entity and Merchant Account(s).
6. Manage units: upload and data entry of all resident emails, rents, late fees, etc., using provided templates for larger properties.
7. Maintain relationships with PMs and ensure their integration into the Customer Success team.
8. Maintain contacts in the assigned Rezedent HubSpot account.
