SupportFinity™ is looking for a Director of Sales Operations to lead optimization of sales operations functions. This strategic role focuses on analytics, forecasting, and process improvement across the organization.

The successful candidate will possess at least 7 years of relevant experience, strong CRM knowledge, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. Competitive compensation packages include a salary range of $150,000 - $195,000 and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Sales, Operations, or relevant area.
• 4+ years of experience in a management position.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and BI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance sales performance reporting.
• Oversee quota deployment process.
• Lead sales forecasting process using CRM and BI tools.
