Job summary

Advisors Excel, a leading Independent Marketing Organization, seeks a Director of Sales and Marketing to recruit financial advisors nationwide and provide a streamlined onboarding experience. The role sits within the Annuity Marketing department and reports to the VP of Advisor Development.

You will develop relationships, coordinate licensing, and support onboarding while driving targeted marketing campaigns and cross-team collaboration to grow the advisor base and продукт offerings.

Responsibilities

• Create, build, and maintain relationships with financial advisors nationwide via cold calls and onboarding
• Build a qualified prospect list through warm and cold outreach
• Develop knowledge of annuity carriers and products and communicate strategies
• Assist newly committed advisors in licensing and releases during onboarding
• Support writing advisors by handling calls, emails, and coordinating with internal teams
• Execute marketing campaigns to prospects via email, webinars, and mail processes
• Collaborate with operations on escalated new business cases
