Affiliated Advisors in St. Louis Park, Minnesota seeks a Director of Advisor Recruiting to lead growth by attracting experienced financial advisors and teams with a strong fit. You will own the recruiting engine, manage pipeline, CRM discipline, and partner engagement to scale advisor growth.

Main responsibilities include developing targeted prospect lists, coordinating with Marketing and Compliance, and ensuring timely follow-up, handoffs, and measurable results across the firm.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of advisor recruiting or related financial-services experience.
• Experience in wealth management or broker-dealers is preferred.
• Strong CRM, pipeline-management, reporting, and follow-up discipline.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute advisor-recruiting strategy and outreach plans.
• Build and maintain an active recruiting pipeline of prospective advisors and teams.
• Create targeted prospect lists and generate opportunities through referrals, events, and outreach.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand a prospect’s business goals and needs.
• Communicate Affiliated’s value proposition, including support, technology, and resources.
• Guide candidates through commitment, due diligence, and onboarding handoffs.
• Maintain disciplined follow-up and accurate pipeline reporting for leadership visibility.
• Identify relationships with succession, enterprise partnerships, or potential M&A opportunities.
• Partner with Marketing to turn events and content into recruiting touchpoints.
