One of the fastest-growing Keller Williams offices in the Franklin market is seeking an exceptional Team Leader/Director of Sales and Growth to help drive our next phase of growth.

This is a full-time, non-selling leadership position designed for an energetic, growth-minded leader who is passionate about recruiting, coaching, and building a thriving real estate business. While familiarity with Keller Williams systems and models is a plus, it is not required.

Relocation to the Franklin, TN market is required, and assistance may be considered for the right candidate.
