Job description

Keller Williams Realty Community Partners is looking for a high-level Director of Growth to lead our Market Center in Cumming, GA.

This is a full-time leadership opportunity for an experienced real estate professional who knows how to build relationships, recruit great people, develop talent, and create a culture where agents can succeed.

We are looking for someone who wants to do more than manage a team. This person will play a key role in shaping the growth and direction of the Market Center by leading from the front, attracting talented agents, developing existing associates, and helping create an environment where people want to build their businesses.

The ideal candidate is an accomplished real estate professional with a strong leadership and recruiting track record. You are highly driven, people-focused, confident, and comfortable having meaningful conversations with agents about their careers and businesses.

Keller Williams experience and knowledge of KW systems and models are strongly preferred, but we are open to candidates with the right leadership, recruiting, and real estate background.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $100,000

• On-target earnings: $200,000+
