About Us

Deluxe Merchant Services is a comprehensive payment processing solution that accepts various payment methods, simplifies PCI compliance, deposits money directly into your bank account, and offers a smooth checkout experience.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and close new Financial Institution (FI) partners to meet and exceed annual goals.
  • Drive, manage, and develop the sales plan for new FI partnerships that help generate revenue.
  • Generate new sales leads and promote adoption.
  • Negotiate FI partnership agreements.
  • Perform daily lead generation and pipeline management efforts.
  • Stay informed on banking industry insights, especially community banking issues.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 5 years of relevant experience, or HS/GED with 9 years of relevant experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience in the financial services industry.
  • Understanding of community banking industry issues.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Must be 18 or older.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years relevant experience (desired but not required).
