About Us

Deluxe Merchant Services is a comprehensive payment processing solution that accepts various payment methods, simplifies PCI compliance, deposits money directly into your bank account, and ensures a smooth checkout experience.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and close new Financial Institution (FI) partners to meet and exceed goals.
  • Develop and execute sales plans for new FI partnerships to drive revenue.
  • Generate leads and promote adoption of services.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements with FIs.
  • Manage daily lead generation efforts and pipeline development.
  • Stay informed on banking industry insights, especially community banking.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 5 years of relevant experience, or HS/GED with 9 years of relevant experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience in financial services.
  • Knowledge of current community banking industry issues.
  • Experience with presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
