About Us

Responsibilities

1. Identify, prospect, and close new FI partners to meet and exceed goals.
2. Develop and manage sales plans for new FI partnerships.
3. Generate leads and drive adoption.
4. Negotiate partnership agreements.
5. Manage daily lead generation and pipeline activities.
6. Stay informed on banking industry insights, especially community banking.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 5 years of relevant experience, or HS/GED with 9 years relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• 1-3 years of sales experience in financial services.
• Understanding of community banking industry issues.
• Presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage the sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Must be 18 or older.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years relevant experience.
