Notch is hiring a Director of Sales to build and lead the US banking vertical. You will open the market, close major enterprise deals, and hire a small, high‑performing team as the vertical scales. You will partner with leadership and engineering to tailor pilots, messaging, and demos for US banks.
You will shape the banking playbook and drive go‑to‑market execution, representing Notch at industry events while navigating risk reviews and regulatory considerations.
We’re looking for a Director of Sales to build and lead Notch’s US banking business, close strategic enterprise deals, grow a high-performing sales team, and shape our go-to-market strategy from the ground up.
Notch is the AI operating system built for banking, financial services, and fintechs.
We deploy purpose-built agents that resolve complex, regulated workflows compliantly and at scale - already live with some of the world's largest carriers, lenders, and fintechs, and growing fast. We built an agentic credit workspace that helps bankers underwrite complex loans faster, make better credit decisions, and handle more deals per banker. Our workforce agents automate structured processes end to end, from back-office operations to document ingestion.
Backed by top tier VCs with our most recent funding of $30 million Series A round in March 2026, led by Headline.
As Director of Sales, Banking, you'll build and lead Notch's US banking vertical. This is a player-coach role: you'll open the market yourself, close our first major US bank deals, and then hire and lead a small team soon after joining.
You'll work closely with Notch leadership and our technical teams to design pilots, shape the banking playbook, and define how we bring a novel product in an emerging category to US banks.
