Intervene K12 – a comprehensive data-driven intervention program – is positioning itself to become a leader in global education. They seek a dynamic and results-driven Director of Growth to lead their expansion. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention across B2B (schools, districts, state agencies, federal contracts) and B2C channels.
The Director of Growth will build and manage a high-performing team, including Sales Account Executives, SDRs and growth marketing professionals, while also taking ownership of selling and closing a personal book of business.
