Position: Sales and Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a hard-working, innovative Sales and Marketing Manager with a passion for preparedness. You must be willing to take on both marketing strategy and direct sales work—this includes outreach, follow-ups, and closing deals. If you’re uncomfortable with making calls, sending emails, or actively engaging with prospects,this role is not for you.

You’ll work directly with the CEO of Disaster Preparedness LLC and our app team to:

• Drive memberships for Fortitude Ranch
• Recruit advertisers and partners for the Collapse Survivor app
• Boost app subscriptions
• Enroll clients in Fortitude Preparedness consulting services
• Generate podcast and media exposure (Google “Fortitude Ranch” to see the coverage we already get)

We don’t use traditional paid advertising. Instead, we capitalize on no-cost media and podcast placements, which are far more trusted and effective. You’ll help expand this reach.

Qualifications:

• Proven success inany type of sales role(retail, B2B, phone sales, door-to-door, etc.)
• Strongcommunication and persuasionskills—both written and verbal
• Comfortable withcold outreachvia email, phone, or social media
• Self-motivated andresults-driven; you take initiative and follow through
• Highlyorganized—able to manage leads, follow-ups, and campaign progress
• Creative thinker who enjoysfinding angles, crafting offers, and storytelling
• Passionate aboutpreparedness, self-reliance, or survivalism(or open to learning)
• Tech-savvy enough to use basic marketing tools, CRMs, or spreadsheets
• No college degree required—just real-world hustle and a track record of making sales
• Can work independently without needing micromanagement
• Comfortable wearingmultiple hatsin a small, fast-moving company
