Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-oriented Director of Sales and Business Development with expertise in the BFSI sector and experience managing mid to large accounts. This role involves identifying business opportunities, building relationships with clients in banking, finance, and insurance domains. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, proven sales skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Strategy: Develop and implement client acquisition and business development strategies in the BFSI sector, identifying emerging trends and opportunities.
