This leader will oversee a newly formed analytics team with a strong focus on Amazon performance and Scintilla initiatives, while collaborating cross‑functionally to generate actionable insights, elevate data‑driven decision‑making, and support ongoing business growth.
In the Director of Sales Analytics role, you will bring together key sales data, identify performance drivers, and influence strategic decisions through compelling analytics and storytelling. You will partner closely with U.S. sales leadership, global BI teams, and cross‑functional peers to ensure alignment on KPIs, dashboards, reporting tools, and strategic priorities. This role requires strong analytical expertise, a deep understanding of retail and sales cycles, and the ability to lead and mentor a high‑performing analytics team.
