Position Overview

Are you a top-tier sales leader with a knack for creative strategy and a passion for AI-driven solutions? We’re seeking a hands-on Director of Sales & AI Marketing Strategy to join our team. In this critical role, you’ll drive revenue growth by leading sales efforts and developing innovative, client-focused digital marketing strategies powered by AI. Key Responsibilities

  • Build and Lead a High-Performing Sales Team: Recruit, train, and develop a motivated team of sales professionals who share your passion for innovative, AI-driven digital marketing.
  • Develop Revenue-Driven Strategies: Drive growth by creating and executing strategies focused on new customer acquisition and building strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Deliver Creative AI Marketing Solutions: Act as a strategic marketing advisor by designing and delivering digital marketing strategies that leverage AI technology to tackle small business marketing challenges and provide clients with impactful solutions.
  • Shape Sales Processes: Establish and refine best practices in sales, covering lead generation, nurturing, and closing strategies that leverage our AI-driven platform.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience and to deliver exceptional value to clients.

What We’re Looking For

  • Sales Expertise in Digital Marketing or SaaS: 7+ years of experience in sales with a record of meeting and exceeding targets, ideally in digital marketing, SaaS, or related fields.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Proven experience building and leading high-performance sales teams with a focus on coaching, mentorship, and development.
  • Creative Digital Marketing Strategist: Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, web development solutions, and the ability to offer AI-powered, creative solutions tailored to small business needs.
  • Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Skilled in developing and executing growth-oriented strategies that align with company goals and address market trends.
  • Hands-On Leadership: Willingness to actively sell and close deals, setting a high standard for your team through example.
