LaundryLux Distribution is seeking a Director of Sales to lead revenue growth for Electrolux and Wascomat equipment in a defined territory. This role requires steering the sales pipeline from concept to execution and collaborating with senior leadership on strategy.
You will manage a team, develop long-term plans, and ensure CRM and ERP systems are leveraged to optimize performance, budgeting, and customer relations. Frequent travel is expected as part of the role.

The Director of Sales is responsible for meeting revenue and account growth goals for Electrolux, and Wascomat equipment by owning sales pipeline from conception to execution, while working closely with the Vice President of Sales - LLD on developing and strengthening revenue generating strategies. The Director of Sales will create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement

Back to the role:
Must have outstanding oral, written, and verbal communication/presentation skills as well as strong negotiation skills.
Experience developing data driven forecasts, analytics and KPI’s.
Must have proficient knowledge of CRM software and the ability to utilize daily.
Must have a high level of comfort in communicating with every level of an organization from top level executives to field personnel.
Must possess strong business acumen and professionalism.
Must be financially competent with respect to managing the teams’ budget.
