Hyatt Place Bozeman Yellowstone Airport in Belgrade, MT, managed by Concord Hospitality Enterprises, seeks a Director of Sales & Marketing to grow the business and lead this property into its next chapter. The role requires inspiring leadership, strong client relationships, and strategic execution aligned with the Marketing Plan.

Applicants should have 3+ years in senior sales leadership, proven team-building skills, and excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Director of Sales or in a senior sales leadership role.
• Proven success leading, motivating, and managing high-performing sales teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior brand experience and market knowledge preferred.
