Qualifications

• Proven experience in safety management within utilities, telecom, construction, or data centers.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and workplace safety compliance.
• Ability to work directly with field crews and communicate safety expectations clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company-wide safety program across all operations.
• Develop and maintain safety policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Conduct field safety audits and jobsite inspections.
