Job Details

We are seeking a Director of Safety who is a true leader of people, not just a manager of paperwork. In this role, you will bridge the gap between executive strategy and field execution. You won't just be sitting behind a desk; you will be the face of our safety culture, equally at home walking a dusty construction site with a Foreman as you are presenting safety metrics to our executive board. The ideal candidate understands the unique rhythms of construction and maintenance and possesses the operational "street cred" to influence behavior at every level.
