OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels in Honolulu is seeking a Director of Rooms to oversee all aspects of the resort's rooms operations, including Front Office and Housekeeping. You will drive guest service excellence by leveraging survey results and standards, while leading teams and controlling budgets.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a track record of delivering high guest satisfaction in a luxury hospitality setting. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is expected.

• 5 years of experience in hotel/resort management with a focus on rooms division.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

The Director of Rooms oversees all aspects of the resort's rooms operations, including Front Office and Housekeeping. This position ensures exceptional guest service by overseeing daily operations, maintaining high guest satisfaction, and driving service excellence through the use of UniFocus Guest Survey results and Standards for Excellence programs. The Director of Rooms leads and develops departmental teams, manages budgets and operational costs, monitors financial performance, and collaborates with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives that support the resort's long-term success.

Minimum Requirements

• 5 years of experience in hotel or resort management, with a focus on rooms division.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.

While base pay starts at $100,000- $110,000, there is potential for a higher salary based on factors such as applicant skill, experience, education.
