Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7–10+ years in risk management or insurance within construction or related industries.
• Designations such as ARM, CRM, CIC, CPCU are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead enterprise risk management strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Oversee insurance program across all lines of coverage and broker relationships.
• Provide oversight of claims management strategies and settlement authority.
