Job summary

Calqulate Metrics Ltd is seeking a Director of Risk Management to lead our hospital's risk management program in Las Cruces, NM. This senior role oversees risk identification, mitigation, and regulatory compliance, reporting directly to leadership.

You will collaborate with clinicians and staff, manage litigation activities, provide training, and serve as Compliance and Ethics Officer, ensuring robust insurance oversight and disclosure practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited nursing school.
• NM RN license is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience with at least 3 years in a director or manager role.
• Demonstrated experience in risk management within a healthcare setting.
• CPHRM certification is a plus, required within three years of employment.
