Vogrinc Search Group is assisting a hospital client in identifying a Director of Risk Management. The role focuses on leading risk identification, avoidance, and mitigation strategies across the organization, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and high ethical standards.

The candidate will collaborate with executives, clinicians, and staff, oversee investigations, and provide training on incident reporting and risk processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
• NM RN license is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience with at least 3 years in a director or manager role.
• Demonstrated experience in risk management within a healthcare setting.
• CPHRM certification is a plus, required within three years of employment.
