Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking an experienced risk management leader in New Mexico to oversee the organization’s risk program. You will identify and mitigate clinical, operational, and regulatory risks, review adverse events, and lead root-cause analyses.

Collaboration with nursing, quality, compliance, legal, and executive leadership is essential. The role requires an active New Mexico RN license (or multistate) and a Bachelor’s degree in nursing.

Qualifications

  • Must hold an active NM RN license or multistate license.
  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited program required.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare risk management and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight for the risk management program.

Job description

  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) certification preferred at time of hire
  • CPHRM certification must be obtained within 3 years of employment
