• Current New Mexico RN license or multistate RN license
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience

• CPHRM certification within 3 years of employment

This senior leadership position provides strategic oversight of the organization's Quality, Risk Management, and Medical Staff functions and reports to the CNO.

POSITION OVERVIEW

This Director provides strategic leadership across clinical risk programs, claims management, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and Medical Staff functions. The position develops departmental goals and standards while directing operational performance, patient care quality, audits, staffing, budgeting, and compliance activities.

The Director collaborates across the organization to support regulatory readiness, continuous improvement, professional development, and quality throughout the continuum of care.

COMPENSATION

• Salary Range: $120,000-$150,000
