Johns Hopkins Medicine is seeking a dynamic Director of Revenue Cycle Management, Analytics, and Innovation to lead theannual roadmap process and drive strategic initiatives across revenue cycle operations.

The role acts as a liaison between business operations and the Epic IT team, prioritizing initiatives with IT partners and ensuring successful implementation across Johns Hopkins Medicine Health System.

Formación

• Epic systems experience required; prior Epic employment preferred.
• Strong revenue cycle operations background.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and operational teams.
