Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading analytics initiatives.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and executives.
• Experience translating analytics into business recommendations.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
• Exceptional communication and data storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics professionals and managers to build a trusted, strategic analytics practice.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Strategy, and Revenue Operations to define priorities and deliver analytics solutions.
• Drive strategic recommendations by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities related to retention, growth, and business performance.
• Lead through influence across matrixed teams including BI Analysts, Product Managers, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and stakeholders.
• Oversee BI reporting and data visualization, ensuring insights are actionable and aligned to business objectives.
• Leverage analytics to challenge assumptions and influence business strategy and decisions.
• Support evolution of analytics standards and best practices across the HRO Analytics organization.
