Job summary

You will partner with Finance, Sales, Strategy, and Data & Analytics teams to influence decisions that support retention, growth, and performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading analytics initiatives and partnering with Data Science and Advanced Analytics teams to drive business outcomes.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and executive leaders across matrixed organizations.
• Strong experience translating analytics into business recommendations and strategic decisions including retention, growth, pricing, or revenue-related initiatives.
• Experience working within Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and data storytelling skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
