Responsibilities

• Lead analytics professionals and managers to build a trusted, strategic analytics practice.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Strategy, and Revenue Operations to define priorities and deliver analytics solutions.
• Drive strategic recommendations by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities in retention, growth, and performance.
• Lead through influence across matrixed teams including BI Analysts, Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Engineers.
• Oversee BI reporting and data visualization to ensure actionable insights.
• Use analytics to challenge assumptions and influence business strategy.
