Job summary

Gulf Winds Credit Union in Pensacola, FL seeks a Director of Retail Sales and Service to lead assigned branches and drive member growth, asset and loan growth, and service excellence. You will partner with Branch Managers and the VP of Member Experience to shape short- and long-term plans.

Key focus on developing a high-quality service culture, achieving SLAs and budget goals, and mentoring leaders. The role requires travel within the region and strong collaboration across Retail.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• Two-year college degree or equivalent
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee growth and profitability of assigned branches and ensure SLAs and budgets are met.
• Design, implement and lead strategies to grow branch production and regional success.
• Collaborate with HR to recruit and develop high-performing team members and coaches.
