Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant operations management or related professional area.
• Strong budgeting, P&L, forecasting and scheduling knowledge.
• Ability to lead and influence teams with sound financial decisions.
• Experience aligning operations with enterprise level objectives and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Estimate food, liquor, wine, and other beverage consumption to anticipate purchasing
• Facilitate pre-meal briefings with the Chef and Restaurant Managers
• Maintain service and sanitation standards in restaurant, bar/lounge and room service areas
• Oversee booking and service of restaurant parties, events and room service
• Manage department controllable expenses to meet budgeted goals
• Develop and mentor restaurant staff to improve performance and service quality
• Ensure cash and liquor control procedures are followed across all outlets
• Ensure compliance with food & beverage policies and sanitation standards
• Provide guest service leadership and maintain a positive atmosphere for guest relations
