Job summary

Custom Computer Specialists in the United States seeks a Director of Professional Services to lead delivery across five regional markets, managing the P&L, scope, and client outcomes. You will align project, incident response, and advisory practices into a single, high‑performing capability.

You will mentor a diverse team, refine estimating and delivery processes, and ensure profitable engagements from pre‑sales through close. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years in IT professional services delivery, including leadership at a management/director level.
• Demonstrated ownership of a services P&L with revenue, gross profit and contribution accountability.
• Experience managing a multi-project portfolio across geographically distributed markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery execution and portfolio governance across markets and verticals.
• Own incident response and remediation practice for security events.
• Standardize advisory and assessment offerings as repeatable, margin‑accretive services.
• Own scoping, delivery validation, and fulfillment with pre‑sales alignment.
