Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
12+ years of progressively responsible experience in project, program, portfolio, professional services, or delivery operations.
7+ years of leadership experience, including responsibility for managers and geographically distributed teams.

Responsibilities

Lead integrated PMO and RMO operating model, including project intake, resource scheduling, governance, and financial oversight.
Own portfolio health reporting and executive governance with delivery, financial, customer, and quality indicators.
Develop automation and AI roadmap for PMO and RMO operations, including risk detection and financial alerts.
Establish escalation thresholds, accountability, and corrective action across PMO/RMO and cross-functional teams.
