Job summary

Logicalis Group seeks a Director of Project Management and Resource Operations to provide strategic leadership for the PMO and RMO within Logicalis Professional Services. You will shape a scalable delivery model, improve project predictability, and enhance customer experience across complex engagements.

You will partner with sales, finance, and practice leadership to ensure accountability, early risk detection, and improved margins, leveraging data and AI-enabled processes to drive visibility

Qualifications

• Experience leading PMO and RMO in a professional services environment.
• Ability to build scalable delivery operating models.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated PMO and RMO operating model, including governance, resource scheduling, and project closure.
• Own portfolio health reporting and executive governance across delivery, finance, and customer stakeholders.
• Develop capacity planning, backlog, and demand forecasting to optimize resource utilization.
• Drive data, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities to improve decision-making and risk identification.
