Job summary

Vivmark Residential, formed by the merger of AvalonBay Communities and Equity Residential, is seeking a Property Manager to lead a high-performing team across our Boston-area communities. You will recruit, train, and motivate staff, monitor performance, and ensure financial and operational excellence.

You will analyze property operations, forecast budgets, guide pricing and marketing efforts, and build strong resident relations through events and excellent service.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in residential or commercial property management, hospitality, or retail management.
• Customer service and sales experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation is required if operating a motorized vehicle.
• Must communicate in English, both oral and written.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Smartphone use for routine duties with device security.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and navigate stairs as needed.
