You will design and oversee tailored fitness offerings, collaborate with property management, and drive resident participation through engaging activities.

The role requires 5+ years in fitness program management or community wellness, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fitness program management or resident engagement.
• Proven leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Strong knowledge of fitness and wellness principles and current trends.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and oversee fitness and wellness programs for residents.
• Coordinate with property management and external vendors for events and classes.
• Monitor program effectiveness with resident feedback and participation metrics.
• Lead and train instructors, coaches, and engagement staff.
• Develop marketing and communication strategies to promote well-being programs.
• Manage budgets for resident engagement activities.
• Build partnerships with local health organizations to enhance offerings.
• Advocate for residents and foster a supportive community atmosphere.
