Qualifications

• ADC or CTRS certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation is required.
• OT or OTA credential is required.
• 2+ years of social or recreational programming experience in the past 5 years, with at least 1 year in healthcare patient activities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a diverse calendar of activities tailored to residents.
• Supervise recreation staff and volunteers; mentor and build a positive team culture.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to create individualized care plans.
• Manage recreation budget and resources; ensure safety and infection control.
