Qualifications

• Effective communicator with excellent verbal/written skills.
• Well-developed organizational abilities and record keeping skills.
• Able to positively engage with personnel, residents/patients, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the public.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and implement engagement activities that meet the physical, cognitive, social, and emotional needs of patients/residents.
• Provide input into the design of monthly recreation therapy services.
• Attend care plan meetings as needed.
