Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct activities programs.
• Coordinate community outreach and recreational partnerships.
• Coordinate with transportation for outings and resident needs.
• Ensure staff attend mandatory in-service trainings (OSHA, HIPAA, abuse prevention, etc.).
• Develop written plans of care for residents identifying problems and goals.
