STG International seeks a Regional Social Services & Activities Director to oversee psychosocial services and therapeutic activity programs across multiple long-term care facilities. You will ensure regulatory compliance, drive person-centered care, support survey readiness, and enhance resident quality of life through social services and activity programming.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in relevant field.
• Licensure as LSW/LCSW preferred; CTRS preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee social services and activities across multiple facilities to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Lead CMS regulation adherence and ensure psychosocial assessment and MDS documentation accuracy.
• Support survey readiness and participate in state and federal surveys.
• Provide staff training and leadership coaching for Social Services and Activities teams.
