This role requires five+ years in sales management within luxury residential sectors, with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, and bilingual English/Spanish preferred. The position is based in Miami on-site with Highgate’s premium portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in sales management and owner relations within luxury lifestyle or residential sectors.
• Ability to communicate, present, and influence at all levels, including executive/C-suite.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving RMA processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective unit owners or representatives; introduce the RMA program and showcase its value.
• Deliver compelling proposals; maintain records of prospects and owners; collaborate with operations, reservations, and revenue teams to plan arrivals and ensure flawless RMA experiences.
• Track progress against action plans; contribute to RMA strategy updates; participate in revenue meetings; act as a brand ambassador at internal and external events.
• Host and entertain owners and representatives; assist with activations and events; reflect the brand's bold, dynamic personality.
• Maintain proficiency in the property’s sales management system to manage RMA business, generate reports, and keep account details accurate.
• Collaborate with leadership on updates, issues, and opportunities related to new and existing RMAs.
