Mount Aloysius College, repeatedly recognized by ModernThink as a “Great College to Work For,” seeks a highly skilled and enthusiastic Residence Life professional for an immediate opening as the Director of Residence Life.
Reporting to the Vice President for Enrollment and Student Life, the Director oversees all aspects of the residence life program, including staff supervision, safety, security, and policy enforcement for approximately 500 students across 5 residence halls. The role involves managing campus engagement, student success initiatives, housing processes, billing, and enforcing policies.
This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.
