Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Oversee underwriting, project management, and portfolio preservation strategies.
Evaluate ownership changes and tax exemptions to determine project feasibility.
Lead staff, coordinate with developers, lenders, and housing authorities to preserve affordable housing.
Forecast budgets, prepare reports, and ensure compliance across programs.
Represent HPD in interagency meetings and with external partners; manage timely closings.
Collaborate across HPD divisions to streamline processes and policy development.
